No. Clarifi never joins as a participant. It captures audio on your computer through system audio, so nothing from Clarifi appears on the guest list.

Yes. Recaps stay private by default. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your meeting content or Google user data to train AI models. Nothing is shared with others unless you choose to share it. Clarifi’s use of Google user data complies with Google’s Limited Use requirements—see our Privacy Policy for details.
Yes—optionally. Connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook in Settings or on Home to see upcoming meetings (titles, times, and attendees), pre-fill titles, and get reminders before a call starts. Clarifi never starts recording without you, and notes are not shared with attendees automatically.
